Happy Prosperous New Year
“Whatever you vividly imagine, ardently desire, sincerely believe, and enthusiastically act upon… must inevitably come to pass.”
~ Paul J Meyer
Number 1:
The first thing to do is get very clear on what you want and why you want it. This is a simple statement and it is the most overlooked and under played element of anybody’s yearly plan.
We are all good at setting goals and making New Year Resolutions but without the groundwork – your why and a clearly defined goal based on your values, it is unlikely that you will achieve your dreams. A big part of this is examining your own programming and taking control, sitting in the drivers seat of your own life and taking responsibility.
This is a quite a bit of work and you should be aiming for at least one to two days at the beginning of the year for critical thinking and heart listening. After this, I suggest 1 day a month.
If you need help with this process please click the image below and read more about how we can help you do this important work in our guided system and live support groups.

What do you really want?
‘It is never too late to be what you might have been’ George Eliot
‘Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.’ – Albert Einstein
I commit to becoming your personal coach-available to you 24/7, for the remaining 364 days of this year. I will push you and challenge you and do everything I can to make sure that you manifest your dreams. Only apply if you are really serious!
Number 2:
Commit your desires, goals and plans to your vision boards and your 1 page certificate
Number 3:
Chunk your large annual goals into quarterly milestones. Chunk your quarterly millstones down into monthly targets
Number 4:
Commit weekly to working toward your monthly targets
Remember the Pareto Principle: 80% of your results will come from 20% of your actions. Ensure that your system allows you to analyse your daily activity to make sure it is working towards your goals
Make sure you have only one place to dump all of your thoughts and ideas and Aha’s and ‘to do’s’ to be later categorised against your goals
Number 5:
Schedule diary time for your important, prioritised activity and build in spontaneity for the odd miracle to occur!
Our recent goal setting survey found that only 57% of you regularly set and track goals (that’s crazy!!) and almost the same percentage would do more if they had a support group and a dedicated professional technology solution with built in reminders. You can have all this for £97 for the whole year!
