Tracey started as a Professional Speaker, Coach and CEO with a passion for advancing women in the workplace. Tracey ran her first training seminar for women leaders in 2001 and has helped thousands of women around the world advance to the Board level positions in Public Companies.
Tracey has extensive experience in Leadership development having run two consultancies that designed leadership frameworks and rolled out significant global transformation projects for clients such as Citi, Barclays, Lloyds, B&Q, and Cisco.
Tracey pioneered the gender IQ concept as a tool to help increase senior female representation and her ‘Women Leaders Speak Out’ research helped shape the Gender Diversity movement and was published twice in 2006 and 2008 and featured in the FT and the Telegraph. Her work with the Met Police was endorsed by the prior Secretary of State ~ Patricia Hewitt.
In 2010 Tracey turned her attention to providing her expertise digitally and in 2013, while delivering a face to face 2-day seminar at Google HQ, she was challenged to turn what she teaches (the importance of linking daily tasks to long term goals) into a SaaS solution.
In November 2021 a new company was born to galvanize her ultimate mission to transform corporate culture to include rapid collective action from companies and employees on climate change.
